Our site https://fucoidan1.shop (Site”) is administered in the USA and not directed to the users in the European Union for the purpose of the GDPR. Information provided through the Site may be uploaded to a cloud and/or transferred to the USA. By providing information to the Site, you consent to the transfer, processing and/or use of the information and/or through a cloud to the USA. In the event you utilize the Site from outside of the USA, you consent to the uploading of any information to a cloud and the transfer of the information to the USA.
Information we collect from you
We obtain your personal information through the Site: your name (including your nominated recipient’s name), your postal address (including the recipient’s postal address), your Email address, and your telephone number (including the recipient’s telephone number). Please note that we do not obtain your credit card details.

We will make efforts to maintain administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect the personal information you provide against accidental, unlawful or unauthorized destruction, loss, alteration, access, disclosure or use. Nevertheless, please keep in mind that "perfect security" does not exist on the Internet.
How to correct or delete the information

If you request deletion, modification or limitation of use of your personal information maintained by us, we will promptly review your request and respond.

If we grant your request, such information may be retained for a period of time in our backup systems as a precaution against system failures. Governing Law
This Privacy Policy has been made and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any conflict of law principles.
Dispute Resolution
By using the Site, you acknowledge you have read and understand the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy.

By continuing to use and access the Site, you and J-PORT agree that, if there is any controversy, claim, action or dispute arising out of or related to your use of the Site or the breach, enforcement, interpretation or validity of this Privacy Policy or any part of it including the Cookies Policy (collectively “Dispute”), both parties shall first try in good faith to settle the Dispute by providing written notice to the other party describing the facts and circumstances of the Dispute and allowing the receiving party thirty (30) days in which to respond to or settle the Dispute. Notice shall be sent to the Sales Office at us-sales@fucoidan1.jp, or to you at the address that we have on our file.
If the Dispute cannot be resolved by the above dispute resolution procedure, you and J-PORT hereby agree (i) that the Dispute shall be brought exclusively to arbitration by an arbitrator, except that you may assert claims in small claims court in the State of California if your claims qualify; (ii) that the arbitration shall be held in the State of California in English language under the Federal Arbitration Act and according to the Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) including the AAA’s Supplementary Procedures for consumer-related disputes; (iii) that the arbitral award made by the arbitrator shall be final and binding on the parties; and (iv) the Dispute shall be decided by the arbitration on an individual bases, that is, you waive the right for a judge or jury to decide your claims and you may not proceed in a class, consolidated or representative capacity.
Updates to the Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy is made effective on June 1, 2021. When this Privacy Policy is updated, we will post the updated notice on the Site and the notice’s effective date. Your
