Returns

If you believe the FUCO’MIN delivered to you is faulty, that is, it does not meet our specifications of FUCO’MIN, you may return it to us with a proof of the purchase e.g., a packing slip, within 7 days from the date of delivery to you. Once we receive the returned FUCO’MIN, we will replace it at our costs.

If you change your mind and wish to return the FUCO’MIN that has been delivered to you, you may return it at your costs within 3 days from the date of delivery to you, provided that the package of the FUCO’MIN delivered is unopened. We will refund the purchase price once the unopened FUCO’MIN is received by us.
